Come work with an expanding firm committed to social impact projects and high quality design. We are building a team of committed architects and designers who are passionate and have a strong sense of design and technical experience.
Our firm is a multi-disciplinary space with architects, designers, and non-architectural contributors. Civic Projects Architecture’s design process revolves around collaboration with a range of individuals including fabricators, researchers, and engagement specialists. Many of our projects focus on working with non-profit organizations and small businesses aiming to expand within our communities. We apply this collaborative community focused approach to a variety of project types such as museum and education center design, like for the National Museum of Mexican Art and the Obama Presidential Center Museum with Ralph Appelbaum Associates, or our $18M mixed-use building project on the South Side of Chicago. Other project types include educational buildings, not-for-profit institutions, retail spaces, multi-family and single-family residential rehabs and new construction.
We understand and deeply believe in each project’s potential to catalyze community activity, be environmentally responsible, and strengthen local bonds. We bring this mindset to all our projects, no matter the scale.
