Civic Projects has developed and rehabbed a formerly vacant building in Woodlawn. The project consists of returning six abandoned 2 and 3 bedroom apartments to productive use. All systems are new including in unit heating, cooling, electrical panels and washer/dryer. Apartments include new wood floors and open kitchens.
