This six flat, located in the Grand Boulevard neighborhood, was recently converted to an eight unit building. Two garden units were added to the lower level. This conversion exemplifies what is possible with the proposed Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) ordinance in the City of Chicago.
As part of the renovation, plumbing and power have been upgraded. New finishes include LED lighting. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops compliment the kitchen. This project has recently been refinanced through CCLF.
